The High Speed Hematocrit Centrifuge HC-12C is generally used in clinical laboratories for blood testing. This centrifuge measures the percentage of the volume of whole blood that is made of red blood cells. The HC-12C is most commonly used for Anemia or HIV testing, the bloods hematocrit (HTC) is the ratio of the blood cell volume, expressed as a decimal of a fraction, or a percentage. It is normally 45% for men and 40% for women (anemia refers to an abnormally low hematocrit). This centrifuge comes with a strong plastic case, metal lid, LED speed and timer display, making it one of the most high power brushless motor machine we have available. It is ideal for accurately measuring the specific value of blood cell and separating micro-amount of blood solution.
