Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Zenith Lab Inc. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please download and fill out the “RMA Form” and send it to email@example.com. A customer service representative will contact you with return instructions within a week (please make sure that your returned shipment has been approved before shipping it back to us, otherwise your returned item(s) will be subjected to refusal).
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, you qualify for an exchange or credit, within 7 business days of the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail. Merchandise returned to Zenith Lab Inc. within the United States will be eligible for exchange or credit towards your next purchase.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All sale items are final.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
