Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Zenith Lab Inc. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

     · To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
     · Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
     · Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
     · You have 7 business days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.
 

Please download and fill out the RMA Form and send it to info@zenithlabo.com. A customer service representative will contact you with return instructions within a week (please make sure that your returned shipment has been approved before shipping it back to us, otherwise your returned item(s) will be subjected to refusal).

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, you qualify for an exchange or credit, within 7 business days of the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail. Merchandise returned to Zenith Lab Inc. within the United States will be eligible for exchange or credit towards your next purchase.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Sale Items

All sale items are final.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

How to Return Your Item

     · Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
     · Please make sure that the returned item (s) is packaged appropriately according to shipping instructions. We are not held responsible for any damage, lost
       or theft due to improper handling.
     · Make sure that you include a copy of your APPROVED Returned Request Form with the item (s).
     · You are responsible for booking your return shipment.
     · Print two shipment receipts, attach one to the returning box and keep one for your records.
     · Please send an e-mail to info@zenithlabo.com with tracking number.
     · You will be notified by a customer service representative once we receive the package. Please give us 3 business days to inspect the package.
     · Once the package has been inspected you will receive a follow up call with further instructions.
